Refund Policy
At Shiny Mirrors, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your mirror, we’re here to help.
Returns
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@shinymirrors.com. We will provide you with further instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first, as it may not be eligible for a return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping address and detailed instructions on how to send the package back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the specified time, please check with your bank and credit card provider. Processing times can vary between financial institutions. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@shinymirrors.com.
Non-Refundable Items
- Sale items are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your mirror for the same item, contact us at support@shinymirrors.com to initiate the exchange process.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
